OTL completed the installation of the main site utility infrastructure for the approximately 33 acre Margaritaville Vacation Club resort, along with additional HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Sprinkler installations for new buildings.

OTL played a crucial role in the post-disaster recovery efforts following hurricanes Irma and Maria back in 2017. Our team worked vigorously on the restoration of St. Thomas' premier hotel, the Westin Frenchman's Reef , and Buoy Haus Autograph Collection Resort. We provided comprehensive services in plumbing, mechanical systems, building controls, fire sprinkler systems, spalling repairs, pool installations, civil utilities, and main pump systems, including the seawater intake system to ensure the much anticipated reopening of these iconic establishments. Our contributions were instrumental in bringing the hotel and resort back to their optimal operational condition, contributing to the revitalization of the local hospitality industry for locals and visitors alike.
Ritz Carlton Club Condo Resort

OTL has multiple Completed and on-going construction and maintenance contracts. We have completed the replacement for four (4) Tower building’s A/C systems to convert from traditional DX to Daikin high efficiency VRV systems, including replacement of all indoor equipment, ductwork, air handling systems, and air distribution systems. We have also
completed the domestic water main pumping station replacement, consisting of high efficiency duplex domestic water pumping systems, complete with touch-screen controls and variable capacity pumping as well as working on the lift station and underground sewer line replacements throughout the resort.
